Overview

Queen City Services was started here in Charlotte in 2002.  We are a locally owned and
operated organization that is a cut above all facility maintenance companies.  Our operations
guru and crew inspector, Steve, was in the Air Force before coming to Charlotte as a service
contract inspector.  Government tested and certified, Steve has the keen eye that keeps our
crews on their toes.  His partner Earl ensures all the administrative duties are taken care of.  

What we Do

We take care of facilities.   Our approach is a one call, one source mentality.  We provide
janitorial, floor maintenance, window cleaning, and carpet cleaning services.  We also have
available floor mats, urinal mats, and air freshener dispensers.  If we are maintaining a
building, consider it 'up to snuff'.

Fall Facility Tip

The fall rains are quickly approaching.  Be sure to have the proper floor mats on the interior and
exterior of all your door entrances.  This will help keep the dirt on the mats and not on your
floors!
